Getting back into the week again and its already booked. Getting Brian’s car wrapped up along with my car track worthy for Elko ( Mashtown) one of these Thursday nights before DD32. Upon further invenstigation when doing my alignment, it seems as though the inside tire and body were meeting some…..

So now I need to buy one new front tire, the rest is pretty cake.  Can’t wait to hit the track again!

Vacations rock and vacations suck. I love the time away but it always feels rushed. I almost feel MORE exhausted after one then normally working my 50 hours a week plus. Spent the weekend in Sturgeon Bay Wi. What do you do in Wisconsin you say?

Finally…after months of starring at parts and a disabled vehicle the large parts are now moving in full swing. Few more weeks and it shall be tearing up the streets and track!

It happened…

Thats right…The car is in full form…running…idling…reving.. like a champ.

Having a little issue with the car wanting to run. I got it to fire and idle well but it takes me fulling advancing the distributor and the second I give it gas she wants to die…

………..I think I’ll just go sulk quietly now..maybe eat a big bowl of Reese’s puffs cereal and watch Angry Beavers…

Brian and myself sat down to create my exhaust. Cut, weld, measure, cut, swear, cut, measure. Very repetative but its exhaust work so what do you expect. Plan will be to make two of these ankle destroyers but one will work for now.

Down the home stretch.

I am hoping to get this running and driving by the weekend. That will allow any of the really retarded shit that seems to always happen….happen.

Daelen swung by to drop off my welded diff and some touch up paint.

Last night I got the driveshaft, diff, axles and fluid filled. Something about 75w-90 that makes me cringe…oh yea ,it smells…yea… 

Just need to finish my exhaust and finish the wiring, then we are done-zo! I love looking around headquarters because it seems I always find something awesome I forgot about. Hence the 3 inch exhaust pipe ill use to make my gnarly ass exhaust tips with.

Kinda bummed about it. I didn’t think I would make it driving wise, but at least I feel like I tried to make valiant efforts towards it. Worst case was I had to watch sweet drifting and go help fellow friends. But now I can’t even do that …gay

Next event from here would be All Star Bash. Totally awesome event that is happening for the first time here in the Midwest but I can’t drive that so I may go to MODERN AUTOMOTIVE PERFORMANCE proving grounds to get a little time with my car.  Still need to wrap up wiring, and find exhaust. From there im set.  Not going to get to excited yet but anticipation is growing…

PS. Shout out to Daelen for getting touch up paint for the whip. Looks way better than having green scratches hahah.
